Volunteers Package Includes: 

WALKING SCORER

Record accurate hole-by-hole scoring and statistical information for each player using PGA TOUR handheld devices. Maintain radio communication with tournament staff throughout play. 

This role requires a mandatory volunteer training session, knowledge of golf and strong physical stamina are essential, including the ability to walk 18 holes at tournament pace in all weather conditions. Shifts will be from Thursday to Sunday.

Marshal

Assist with gallery management and noise control on the course. Support player movement, help locate errant shots, and provide general information to spectators as needed.This role includes early morning and late evening shifts requiring extended time outdoors and standing with shifts from Thursday to Sunday.

GENERAL VOLUNTEER

An opportunity to support a variety of tournament operations. This role is ideal for volunteers who are flexible and interested in assisting wherever needed. 

Daily assignments will be determined based on tournament priorities. This role requires the ability to work in multiple environments and interact with diverse groups with shifts from Monday to Sunday.

 

Volunteer Service

Distribute uniforms prior to the tournament. Welcome and direct volunteers to check-in areas, set up and maintain the volunteer tent, and ensure the tent is stocked with water, snacks, and food service supplies with shifts from Monday to Sunday.

STANDARD BEARER

Walk inside the ropes alongside professional players while carrying a standard scoreboard that displays group scores. Work closely with the walking scorer to ensure accurate score presentation to spectators throughout 18 holes.

This role is ideal for individuals aged 13 and older able to carry approximately 10–15 pounds for the duration of 18 holes. Shifts will be from Saturday to Sunday.

Course ecology

Assist with daily course set-up and preparation. Maintain player refreshment stations (ice, beverages, and snacks), ensure course cleanliness, and set up and service refuse containers. Monitor signage, gallery ropes, and overall course appearance, performing minor repairs as needed. 

Provide ice and waste service to skyboxes and viewing stands when required with shifts from Monday to Monday. Additional volunteers will be required the weekend prior to assist with initial set-up.

Driving Range

Oversee daily operations of the driving range and chipping/putting areas. Responsibilities include sorting and organizing range balls by type, placing player name placards, and responding to questions from Tour players and caddies with shifts from Monday to Sunday.

HOSPITALITY

Provide a welcoming presence in hospitality venues throughout tournament week to ensure guests enjoy a professional and VIP experience. 

Duties include maintaining venue cleanliness, verifying credentials by scanning tickets, and distributing wristbands. Strong customer service skills and a positive demeanor are essential for this role with shifts from Thursday to Sunday.

PARKING

A volunteer parking services assistant ensures safe, efficient traffic flow and provides friendly assistance to Tournament Staff, Professional Golfers, Caddies & VIP Guests to the tournament that have access to parking lots that are located on Golf Course Property. 

Key duties include greeting people, directing vehicles to parking spaces, monitoring lot safety, and providing directions.  This role requires strong communication skills and reliability with shifts from Monday to Sunday.

PRO-AM OPERATIONS

Support the planning and execution of tournament pro-am events with shifts from Monday to Wednesday.

SECURITY

Verify credentials at hospitality areas, restricted zones, and event entrances with shifts from Monday to Sunday.
